I, Siraj Sultanli, hold a Bachelor’s degree in Law from the Public Administration Academy under the President of the Republic of Azerbaijan. During my academic years (2010-2014), I was actively involved in the European Law Students’ Association (ELSA), serving first as Vice-President and later as President of the organization’s country branch.

After graduation, I continued my professional journey at several leading legal and investment consulting firms, where I developed solid experience in Contract Law, Business Law, and Civil Law. Following my legal career, I gained several years of practical experience in real estate investment advisory, enabling me to help my international clients make informed and confident investment decisions.

I am currently continuing my career as a Real Estate Investment Advisor (RERA License No. 93112) at PROVIDENT ESTATE — one of Dubai’s leading real estate firms. Our company has been successfully operating in the Dubai market for more than 18 years and partners with top-tier developers such as Emaar, Nakheel, Meraas, Sobha, Damac, Binghatti, and others.

With deep knowledge of Dubai’s rapidly growing real estate market, combined with years of experience in law, investment, and international consultancy, I provide strategic guidance and professional support throughout the investment journey. I help my clients explore the market, identify the right project that aligns with their investment goals (capital appreciation, ROI, etc.), and plan their investments while ensuring that all necessary legal requirements are properly followed.
